We do not collect sensitive personal data through this website. If it becomes necessary to collect such data during an in-person consultation, you will be expressly informed and your written consent will be requested in accordance with applicable law.

Primary purposes: responding to information and financial consulting requests received through the website form, managing initial communication with interested users, providing guidance on government support programs and financial education services, and following up on requests received.

Secondary purposes: sending informational communications about new government support programs, financial education workshops, and service updates; generating anonymous internal statistics to improve service quality. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days and will implement your request within the following 15 business days.
